Alexander Technique

Alexander Technique Atlantic will be offering introductory courses in the Alexander Technique the IPAC way.  Alexander Technique has been described as a method for 'Learning how to Learn'.  Knowledge of F.M. Alexander's discoveries can help one to understand better the roots of poor health and well-being, performance related anxiety, stress, strain and injury and how to eliminate those frustrations involved with teaching and learning. By identifying and removing underlying unconscious faulty habits of co-ordination and replacing them with new and improved ones a developing freedom in thought and action evolves which liberates both teacher and pupil in their experience of learning and performing.  Both processes become effortless in the individual's desire to excel in their chosen form of self-expression.
